Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great views of mountains and the beautiful Dal lake, great staff, warm hospitality. Most friendly and helpful receptionist (Altab jii) and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner and breakfast. Food was so delicious and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit with my all family in the future.

Iam celine from Maharashtra… First of all the best cozy feeling like home , Sameer. Showkat, Altaf very helpful and kind , food was amazing and digestible, clean and very admirable. I really appreciate sir Yaseen for making our stay so so comfortable. We would like to visit again and stay here . The whole resort is made of wood and the smells wow… and best part just behind DAL LAKE . ❤️

I lost one of my AirPods but honest hotel staff Ishfaq found it and returned me next day. Good location near to Mughal gardens. Location is good. Rooms are good. Big restaurant. Enough parking space. Lift available. Breakfast and dinner were average. Shopping space inside the premises.
